Technical advisors
The Feasibility Fund provides community groups with one day of consultancy support to help decide if a Community Land Trust (CLT) is the right vehicle for them and to consolidate some of the groups’ initial ideas.
The Technical Assistance Fund provides grants of up to £2,500 to CLTs or emerging CLTs to buy up to five days of consultancy advice which will allow them to develop their initial ideas into investment ready business plans.
The following organisations and individuals could provide you with support and advice through either the Feasibility Fund or the Technical Assistance Fund.

Could you offer your skills and experience to a community group who are thinking of setting up a CLT?
The contributors to the CLT Fund recognise the need to create a pool of technical advisors who can share their expertise of affordable housing with community groups wishing to establish Community Land Trusts. The time of these advisors can be bought from the Feasibility Fund and/or with a Technical Assistance Fund grant.
We are looking for professionals with relevant skills and expertise to help fledgling groups establish themselves as Community Land Trusts and to offer advice and support.
You might be able to offer advice on community support and liaison, site finding, legal advice, feasibility and affordability, building methods and procurement and many other things besides.
If you would like more details on the work of the Fund please call Ruth Crawley on 020 7467 0201. You can e-mail her your CV at ruthcrawley@tudortrust.org.uk
