How to use the workbook:

HomeBuy

The HomeBuy tab should only be completed where the development includes HomeBuy properties.

Complete the following fields:

• Unit Type – Select each property type from the drop down list. All property types are in the format 2b3ph being 2 bed 3 person house
• Number of units
• Floor area m2
• Full Value – being the Open market value of completion
• Date of sale
• Maximum rents receivable – this will only be less than 100% where there are affordability issues
